The Afrika Experience Process

  1. 1.Discovery and Questionnaire: We start with your preferences, pace, and priorities.
  2. 2.Engagement: Once engaged, we begin detailed research and curation.
  3. 3.Initial Itinerary Design: Your first bespoke draft is typically shared within one week.
  4. 4.Refinement: We refine the itinerary around your feedback.
  5. 5.Final Approval: You approve the final route, properties, and overall trip cost.
  6. 6.Preliminary Bookings: We hold key spaces briefly while payment is completed.
  7. 7.Trip Deposit: A 50% deposit secures confirmed reservations.
  8. 8.Confirmation: Bookings are finalized and issued after deposit clearance.
  9. 9.Final Balance: Remaining balance is due 90 days before travel.
  10. 10.Documentation and Management: Vouchers and pre-trip guidance are provided; we manage the journey end to end.
